Your membership MUST be canceled from within the mycandlecharts.com website.

You may cancel your membership by using the "Your Account" link under the general information category. You then click on the "To Change Your Account Details" link where you will be prompted to re-enter your password. To cancel your account, choose the "Cancel Account" from the drop down window under "Change Account Status". You membership will end at your next subscription anniversary date. Your anniversary date is created by the plan you have chosen and the day you joined mycandlecharts.com.

There are no refunds for partial subscription periods. For example, if you are a monthly subscriber and your anniversary date is the 15th of each month and you cancel your membership on the 1st of the month no refund will be given, but you will still have access to all features of the website until your anniversary date.
